Why do you reply to comments an hour after they were deleted ?
My bad, realised too late (replied from inbox).
It’s weird that it shows up there as non deleted. I’ve had that happen to me as well.
I don’t think you can delete comments at all, they just get flagged as deleted and don’t show up.
Try for yourself. After you deleted a comment you can still edit it.
I started editing my comments after deleting so there only is a dot.

Yep, and I still see your whole comment in my inbox. The latest version though, so it appears my editing trick should work as intended.
I feel like they should advise you about this when you delete something or do the . by default.
