The notice filed by lawyers for Musk and his America PAC argue that because that PAC is registered as a federal entity, it is not subject to state law.

    WTF?
They just use the lamest arguments, it’s all about plausible deniability, except plausible somehow went out the window. so now it’s just deniability,
and a corrupt judge will allow it!! It’s insane how Republicans manage to move the goal posts, let’s hope they won’t succeed this time.

Corrupt judges really need to be removed, starting with supreme court.

Musk’s argument is ridiculous, but that’s not the point. The point is delay.

The point is that frivolous claims aren’t punished. It’s a delay tactic yes, but there are rules against wasting the courts time.
It’s sickening how republicans keep cheating illegally and abuse the system, undermining democracy, there should be costs for that.

Everyone believes the law should hurry, and reach a conclusion they believe is righteous.

You know what? I think most people would be reasonably happy with “mostly righteous” and not obviously corrupt.

The big reason to move it to federal court is that any federal violation can be pardoned by Trump.

We’ve already lost the country to corruption. I don’t know what next year brings for Americans, but we should be prepared for the worst.
