That’s one side of the story. He says the real conflict was the Levys commercial story. Anyway they now own the entire catalog and rights so they could live the rest pf their life just by selling t-shirts and he gets nothing out of it.

The bandmates got a court to back their “side” twice. Tens of thousands went missing because Jello is a “bad bookkeeper”. One time he stole/lost $76,000 that had been paid by their record company.

Jello has always had a bad reputation in the Bay Area punk community, i wouldnt give his side that much credit. It’s fishy stuff and his blaming everything on the Levi’s ad is a cute distraction. “They’re punishing me for sticking to the principles of the band" is so rich.

Also, he still gets 100% of his royalties, far from nothing

I Disagree. They sued him for “falling to promote” DK’s catalogue, what BS is that. Concerning the unpaid royalties, he had a credible explanation. Now he is the one not getting any cent for songs he wrote. With his label and all, I don’t think he would have needed to steal a couple thousand dollar and ruined his band for that. Have you seen what DK are up to lately? Dk x Supreme = 100$ T-shirts, what the hell? Have you heard the story about the Brazil shows a couple of years back, when they didnt refund the fans after they cancelled shows? I’m not impressed.

Jello still gets 100% of his royalties, that was part of the final settlement

The Supreme thing is very gross, first I’m hearing about it. That’s tasteless and the Brazil thing sounds scummy too
