    They’re toddlers throwing tantrums, they want people to tell them that they’re misbehaving, and they need to confirm to social norms.

    Shunning has been around longer than verbal language for a reason. Some people crave any form of social interaction and will always take the easiest path to getting it.

    If they can get it by acting like a pile of shit, that’s what they do. If they get ignored for that, they’ll keep throwing the tantrum for a while, then they’ll come back to the group acting better so they can get that social interaction.

    Just got a let them cry it out, arguing with them is like being that person that “reply all’s” to an email thread telling people not to “reply all”.

    You think you’re helping, but you’re as much of the problem at this point.
