What happens if you are one of the few who has a complication and go to the hospital? I guess you find a duck you trust and call them?

A standard drug test can’t show that one has taken the drug combo, so just present to ER with symptoms and stick to the story.
I don’t think they can test for it at all, the drugs work like a natural miscarriage, AFAIK
