That being said, the scenario you put forth is a huge leap from the slow suffocation that is currently happening. A billionaire/CEO/tyrant/shadowpresident spraying bullets into an innocent crowd is a huge leap that would be neigh impossible to not have people lose their shit over.
With military-grade weapons? I doubt it.
With how loosy-goosy the US is with weapons purchasing? There’s a chance.
There’s also a chance that Musk’s security forces will spray bullets into the crowd from sniper positions.
