It’s a serious consideration. Think of a disabled oerson with a chronic terminal disease that can only be mitigated with contibuing medical treatment, like semi-annual chemotherapy. If the entire system collapses, they’re doomed to die slowly and painfully. Why should they not consider ending their own suffering?
