Cost wise sure. I was alleged to have committed several misdemeanors that combined would have a harsher sentence and a much longer time in court and subsequent cost. So instead we agreed to plea to an arranged charge without admitting guilt and a suspended sentence and discharge of the felony after a period of time and completion of the agreement.
