      I never liked the saying “Han shot first” because it implies that Greedo attempted to shoot Han at all instead of dying like a little bitch for literally telling him he planned on killing him.

        I saw it in the theatre in ‘77 - twice the first time cause back then you could wait for the next run and the hype hadn’t created the line ups yet. Han shot first in that cut, no question.

        Greedo was pointing a blaster at him. He was clearly going to shoot, but Han shot first.

          Of course when you include that specific context it makes sense. However, the actual context is that there are different versions, like one where they shoot at the same time and he dodges it.

          So, saying “Han shot first” without adding in extra context like “before Greedo shot” then you’re implying something entirely different.
