‘Last 10 months’ is a really weird way to word that. 10 months is literally over 3/4ths of the year. It’s fucking embarassing at this point that the US has fallen this far behind when we should have been leading the charge on this from day 0. Year on year Chinas emissions went up by 0.8%. That is why. Btw the US emissions fell by 0.2%. However with Trump that is not going to last.
Yeah this is the 4 years where China becomes the leader and the US lags behind. Hopefully the damage can be limited by industry.
