My original half joking comment was about mosquitos not having any concept of language. If someone refers to my cat as the “wrong” pronouns, I don’t bother correcting them because, again, it’s a cat who has no interest in such things.
Male mosquitoes don’t bite. The blood is used to grow eggs by females. The females use she/it pronouns.
