Backstage (cast member jargon for “where guests aren’t allowed”) exists although they’d definitely fire someone for posting something like this online. I used to hang out with one of the Goofy actors at the smokers table when I worked at Disney. I think most of the pics are not Disney, but one of them looks like backstage of one of the parks - the one with the car in the background.
I thought they were crazy strict about being out of costume? I’d guess it’s not an official Disney somethin?
