Backstage (cast member jargon for “where guests aren’t allowed”) exists although they’d definitely fire someone for posting something like this online. I used to hang out with one of the Goofy actors at the smokers table when I worked at Disney. I think most of the pics are not Disney, but one of them looks like backstage of one of the parks - the one with the car in the background.

They all are, technically. Casting is based on height, Mickey is between 5’1-5’3" IIRC so most of the people who play Mickey are women.
