It is difficult. Basically you have to apply. Prove you can contribute to their country/society . Apply and wait. It can take several months to get denied.

Unfortunately for Biden a healthy economy didn’t translate to money in the pockets of people who needed it.
Giving subsidies to green energy and supporting our allies is good policy, but it doesn’t fix the overinflated price of goods and human needs. And that’s what Americans working like slaves care about.
It’s almost like the economy doesn’t account for most Americans.
When we judge our success off of GDP and the S&P, when the vast majority of stocks are owned by the rich and most Americans don’t own businesses, then yeah, economic success has almost no correlation with median wealth or income.
