Summary

During a House Oversight Committee hearing, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) repeatedly shouted an anti-trans slur despite objections from Democratic Rep. Gerald Connolly.

She defended her remarks by attacking transgender rights and dismissing criticism.

The outburst drew condemnation from LGBTQ+ advocates and political figures, highlighting her shift from previously supporting LGBTQ+ rights to embracing anti-trans rhetoric.

Mace has used the slur in past statements and introduced legislation restricting transgender rights.

When has it been done at the level of individual citizens taking up arms in an unorganized fashion?

The first step of people taking up arms in an organized fashion is having arms to take up.

It’s not though. No shortage of that in US. Are you worried about a supply issue? Without organization it just more hate filled idiots with guns. That’s been a big part of the problem. You are become them.

If you wait until you actually need a gun, it’s too late. You can’t just walk into a gun store and leave with a gun that day. Any by the time the shooting starts, it will probably be impossible for left-leaning people to pass a background check anyway.

But thanks for calling me a hate-filled idiot. If hating fascists makes me an idiot, then I’m happy to be an idiot.
