To be clear: this isn’t the “we stopped paying promised grant money” but is literally the federal government yanking money out of an NYC bank account.

      The subject was due to the spending cut whether there should be tax refund or tax cut.

      I suppose you don’t have an answer why the Democrats never reverse the Republican tax cuts when they got into power. The only good answer is they like those tax cuts.
