The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has frozen all of its election security work and is reviewing everything it has done to help state and local officials secure their elections for the past eight years, WIRED has learned. The move represents the first major example of the country’s cyber defense agency accommodating President Donald Trump’s false claims of election fraud and online censorship.

      People ask what the “red line” that would need to be crossed before we have a rebellion is. Not having an election in 2028 certainly would be such a red line.

        You realize they have an election when they are supposed to in Russia. The rebellion should have been in 2024.

        Who said anything about not having an election?

        We’ll have one, it’ll just be completely compromised in every way, and they will use it to choose whomever they please.

      i think it’s entirely possible the last three were, too. they just goofed in 2020–underestimating the huge turnout, and didn’t rig it ‘enough’.
