Like, it was a cut and dried case to begin with and the judge doesn’t care because they have other cases.She didn’t dismiss the case, she just refused their request to be reinstated while the case proceeds. And it was an emergency request, where the IGs not filing quickly makes it look less like an emergency.

She was being dismissive because they were extremely unprofessional. That doesn’t mean they will lose in the end. But they failed to show that this is an emergency.
