A while back, I blocked the vegan community. Then I was curious if there was one for carnivores. Boy do those people need some help. Every post was just anger and hatred over vegans and vegetarians. It was wild. At least the vegans post recipes and other helpful stuff. Anyways, I now have both communities blocked and my subscriptions is better for it.
It is against the rules there to ridicule other diets.
The main mod of friendly carnivore also runs [email protected] which is about research on metabolic syndrome (high blood pressure, obesity, abnormal cholesterol, heart disease)

honestly anyone who strictly adheres to a super specific diet (for non-medical reasons) is a bit of a ponce, it’s like only wearing green clothes or whatever.
If you’re going to be a pain in the ass every time you eat with others you better have a damn good reason for it, and “oh i read about this diet online” is a shit reason.
