I think “skinhead punk” is a very succinct, very separate subgenre of punk. But punk nonetheless.
I get why you deny it though, because punk is supposed to be the very political opposite of that.
In that sense I do agree with you that skinhead punk is not punk at all.
If it is done by skinheads then it is automatically NOT punk. Just like No Doubt does not make “ska”, but especially, very much, absolutely more so!
