Engineers and executives at the so-called Department of Government Efficiency are drawing healthy taxpayer-funded salaries—sometimes from the very agencies they are cutting.

They’d better make out like bandits now, because when this whole nonsense is over, they’ll never find employment anywhere else.

    They’re government employees, so they’re paid on the GS scale, plus a cost-of-living adjustment by region. Of course they’re making over 100k, that just means they’re a college graduate with about 10 years of experience living in DC.
