Unfortunately she’s protected by congressional immunity. If only people in power didn’t create special rules for themselves.

I’m not sure she had immunity here. Did she have a lawful right to obtain those pictures or to release them in a public hearing? Probably not.
Further, I’m pretty certain this didn’t fall under legitimate legislative purposes.
She may be personally interest in hunter’s giant cock, but it’s difficult to imagine a legitimate governmental interest- especially since he’s a private citizen not employed by the government. Him doing a porn shoot or having a dick are irrelevant to an irs investigation.

You do have to demonstrate harm- and that’s a very specific legal context. if you can find a lawyer willing to sue for it, it’s fair game. that said, it would be extremely difficult for the average american to show she harmed them sufficiently to justify a civil lawsuit.
in other words, you’d probably loose.
Unfortunately, she does have carte blanche, implicitly, when nobody has the guts to stand up for justice and charge her for the crime.
