Not very many left wing militias have existed. A few anarchists and self-proclaimed-communists, but I wouldn’t really count them as leftwing just because they oppose the state because the sort of state they do support isn’t really any better.
In the USA, left wing is basically supporting taxation, regulation, and centralized government welfare services.

Weather Underground were the aforementioned self-proclaimed-communists who existed very very briefly 50 years ago. Currently the moniker is used by a meteorological company.
