19-21 bananas a day is over 200% the recommended intake of potassium
As someone who loves chips/french fries, I’m afraid even I can’t compete with this lmfao (ate so many chips and crisps one day I had like 6,000 mg of potassium but that was only one day, even then I felt like it was risky lol) 😭

From my understanding, any excess amount of vitamin intake should lead to your body not absorbing it and allowing it to pass through you. I’m not sure what long-term effects would be, though. A few days should be whatever, but doing it for 6 months feels like a long time to risk issues.
That’s only true for some vitamins. I believe vitamins E, D, and K are dangerous if you take more than the daily dose.
Vitamin A is notorious for being in overdose amounts in large animal livers.

This is true only for water soluble vitamins. Fat soluble vitamins will accumulate and could result in a fatal dose. Excess consumption of some things like potassium could be deadly as it could cause an ion imbalance - siezures, cardiac arrest and death possible. Not sure if the bananas alone could do that but im not trying to find out
Wonder what the ld50 of bananas is.
