Brett Hankison is the only person sentenced to prison in the case that rocked the city of Louisville.

This guy was part of the raiding party, shot blindly ten times but didn’t hit anyone (purely by chance mind you), hence the lighter sentence.

DOJ was looking for one day of prison time so when I saw three years I felt like it was a win
