Their persecution complex won’t let them see past Christian’s that got told off long enough to see those particular Christians were spouting bald-face lies.
To their nearsighted eyes, a fervent belief is the same as arduous scientific investigation.
That persecution complex is so batshit insane, it drives me crazy!! I hear it all the time where I live, about Christianity being under attack, or some made up shit like the “war on Christmas”.
There are churches every other block! More if you go out to the rural areas. Tax exempt, I might add. And from Thanksgiving all the way through January, I get to listen to Mariah Carey singing Christmas songs on repeat in every store. Y’all have no idea what persecution means.
Meanwhile … these nut jobs are absolutely persecuting LGBTQ+ types, refugees/immigrants and any one else they can get away with.
