I don’t even know what else to add to this headline. This is so fucked up and tragic scary and infuriating and it will in no way slow the resistance.
God the fucking comments on that video saying she was trying to run him over and “she wasn’t obeying an LEO”.
You can see the shooters feet not in front of the vehicle between the legs of the guy grabbing the door as she starts to turn. He was not about to be run over.
The shooter had his gun drawn approaching the front of the car to be able to shoot her that fast. No one else had their gun out. Why? That fuckhead is trigger happy and ready to kill.
How do we know she wasn’t trying to get out of the way and we can’t hear if she was saying anything like “let me move first”.
Didn’t deserve to be shot in the face. She was unarmed. Also looks really fucking guilty when the shooter covers their face and flees the scene.
I wonder if they will be “unable to find him” because of the mask. If they can “Identify” Luigi by his eyebrows they should have no trouble prosecuting this human trash.

What pissed me off, especially on places like Reddit, is the “no doxxing” rule. YOU CANT DOXX A PUBLIC SERVANT. Part of being a government worker is transparency and accountability. You can’t hide behind anonymity.
The concept of doxxing goes way back before people tied their real identity to their online one. “Doxxing” or “providing documents” is the act of tying someone’s real life identity to their anonymous one against their will. It is not identifying someone in public or using it to shield them from due criticism for their actions.
You can’t do that with people who are supposed to be unmasked in the first place, and are legally required to identify themselves as government agents as part of their job. It’s not “doxxing”, it’s basic fucking accountability and transparency.
When Luigi happened we knew everything about his life. This happens and we don’t know who this asshat is. It’s complete bullshit. Any outlet protecting this piece of shit when they would air the dirty laundry of me and you out for the whole world in a heartbeat needs to be blacklisted.

Not saying what the cop did was in any way justified, but a motor vehicle can absolutely be used as a deadly weapon. It happens plenty.
There are absolutely instances where using lethal force on a driver who’s in possession of no other weapons is justified. This just isn’t one of them.
Not a cop.

Pretending for a moment that she was trying to run over ICE, killing her does not take her foot off the gas pedal.
As I said in another comment, at that speed and angle he’s getting a broken foot or leg at worst. This isn’t like when that other terrorist ran over Heather Heyer in Charlottesville in 2017. Or any number of the other vehicular based terrorist attacks where the driver was going fast.
He also put himself in that situation. Fuggin moron intentionally put his body almost in front of a vehicle, then continued to shoot at her while following the car.
He wanted an excuse.
That’s such a (US) American thing. “Someone coughed when the cop didn’t order it? Deserves to be executed right then and there.” I see it all the time in comments about killings like this and it never stops weirding me out.

He positioned himself so that the driver was made to look as if they were going to run him over. He could have easily stepped away and the gone after them later if they needed to stop them. This was so unnecessary.
My opinion is that he was trying to get to the driver’s side and she accelerated but did not see him. He had his gun out to threaten her and opened fire instead of getting out of the way because he’s just the type of thin skinned piece of shit ICE hires.
What’s even worse, she was likely completely unaware of the shooter being there as she was focused on the guy trying to open her door after being told by another guy to leave.
One guy tells them to leave. Another gets his fweelings hurt by stuff the driver is saying. The third guy had gun drawn and safety off, ready to shoot. Like, wtf…
I would absolutely not in any way want to exit my car for an ICE officer, or stick around.
Yeah probably why she was trying to GTFO. If they snatched her she could end up in CECOT for all she knows.
