Ratification of a constitutional amendment requires acceptance by 75% of state legislatures. 60% of state legislatures are controlled by Republicans, which as I’m sure you know is the party causing the vast majority of the problems you are referring to. Nothing good would come from that unless you are the type who wants to enshrine anti-DEI bullshit in the constitution.
