Lots of cheddar and cream cheese. Tomatoes & lots of chives go on after broiling the cheese on the eggo until it just starts to burn. I season with liberal amounts of Tony C’s and MSG.

I frequently eat Eggo waffles with cheese on top. Am I eating open-faced breakfast sandwiches?
It sounds stupid as hell, but when I think about it eggos are pretty neutral without syrup. Probably not more sugar than normal bread.
