I’ve been poking around and trying to avoid spoilers to check. This is before the celebration I see everyone mention. I told Lae’zel no because I wanted to do it later. It seems like the option is gone now. Does it ever come back? Is there any console command or mod to fix it?
I’m on the 3rd act and I swear every character just throws themselves at me. I’ve turned them down multiple times but at certain stages in their questline they forget and try again. There’s ALOT of game left, build up your reputation with her and try again.
Personally I hate Lae’zel as a character. In EA you could kill her before meeting her but I was unable to do that on release. She’s still LVL 1 in my camp and ignore her for the most part.
I’m still on the first Act and I think even from my first time in camp it was glaringly obvious that everyone was flirting with my character or I could see how it would lead in to romance options, except for Gale… he’s a bit of a tease who doesn’t present his ass like a mandrill, like the rest of the sluts in camp. Or I just picked the wrong dialogue options.
Lol The only one I was blindsided by was Lae’zel. She’s generally a huge asshole until she says she wants to touch butts out of seemingly nowhere. But then she went back to being an asshole lol. She and Shadowheart are still my favorite companions so far though for some reason, but maybe that’s because they’re both jerks and I made it my mission to make them like me lol
You picked the wrong dialogue because he is always throwing himself at me and whe. I rebuff him he makes me feel the worst with his replies. I’m fucking caring about what an NPC has to say to me when I turn him down, especially after his quest progresses at the end of act 2.
I think I’m in the middle of Act 3 and I’ve had every companion I met in Act 1 ask me out, except for Karlach. Yes, I helped her with the infernal engine upgrade. I’m just slightly confused, maybe I picked a wrong dialog option early on.
Ah, the “romance” as understood by modern videogame industry…

Lae’zel jumped me one night in the first act and threatened me so i slit her throat… now i feel bad and her body is just lying in my camp forever
Probably so Withers can revive her? Dunno, started my second playthrough and made damn sure I avoided the place where they had her caged. Annoying midnight cutscenes averted.
I’ve tried everything and I’m not able to revive her :(
