This, definitely only use paper meant for smoking. I tried using newspaper a while back and it was awful.

Honestly though I don’t really smoke it anymore, I prefer edibles since Smoking is rather unpleasant in general for me (and does still hurt your lungs and gums, even if it’s not tobacco).
