I absolutely agree. From what i have seen the people going absolutely nowhere cause traffic, followed by people trying desperately to get around them which leads to confusion and possible issues. Of course an accident at a higher speed will definitely be more devastating.

Especially when they hit someone going slower and who’s changing lanes without looking or signaling…
