I’m a fairly messy person at home, but cannot for the life of me understand people who let trash accumulate in their car. What is preventing you from taking it out with you when you reach your destination? Or throwing it out whenever you get gas (you’re just waiting around anyway while the tank fills, and basically all stations have trash cans right by the pumps). Also, how are you accumulating that much trash in the first place?
Perhaps it’s my interlocking network of mental illnesses, but when the car engine stops I HAVE to get out of the vehicle as quickly as possible. I don’t know why, but if don’t I feel like I’m going to lose it. (But I do clean out the footwell at the start of each trip rather than at the end of it.)
