Are you based in the US? If so, I will say that MLS is really fun to watch. Due to the salary cap and other EXTREMELY arcane salary rules, the league has a ton of parity AND all offense/no defense. Unless you are in KC, DC, Dallas, Houston, or New England, every year can feel like it might be “your year.” You get "MLS After Dark games, where West Coast teams have crazy games late at night.
If US politics and a closed ecosystem throws you off MLS, then Bundesliga can be fun. Bayern will win 99% of the time, but the rest of the league is fun. And their 50+1 rule is amazing.

I’ve heard of bundesliga, I’ll have to look into it. And yeah, I’m in one of the cities you listed and mls is boring here
