I don’t think so, Ura just got in low like he often does and got Mita to stand up while driving back. Looks like Mita felt his left arm trapped and tried to readjust but Ura was already stepping forward and pushed up. It wasn’t until he stopped Ura’s drive that he took the left overhook solidly and changed his positioning back to a lower level.
