Like the “Jewish space lasers” bullshit that Margarine Traitor Greed mentioned.

If we had space lasers, we’d use them in Ukraine.

Jews won’t use their space lasers to help Ukraine because Ukraine is full of Nazis. /s

But that would put the US into direct conflict with Russia. Military lasers are definitely a thing

They don’t exist at the magnitude you think. We don’t have space lasers that can attack ground targets yet and probably never will. At best they can jam certain systems like drones.

I mean we could, but we’d secretly have to get four battery modules each the size of the international space station into orbit.

Only for solid state lasers. There are other kinds though. But they would still be fairly impractical and heavy to have in orbit. And wouldn’t be good for much more than one shot

I think you underestimate current military capabilities which are decades beyond public knowledge tech.

Physics does have some solid limits though. The amount of power required for lasers to travel miles through atmosphere is massive.

But if it’s the same space lasers they are using on Maui that nobody seems to be able to detect it’s source, then wouldn’t the same thing apply if they used it on Russia?
