I see bot accounts from username cm0002 on many different instances. At least on the communities I see/moderate, the content is legit, so this is not a complaint, just curiosity.

So I’m gonna ignore that weird insult tangent you went on…
The reason people consider it spam (even if a human clicks a button):
There are “services” that pull every post from somewhere, and either automatically post it, or put it into a queue that a human then decides if they want to hit “post”.
When down from places like reddit, that is a problem because it drowns out every post a human saw organically and wanted to share. That is curation, that a live human on the site saw it and wanted to share
An account that posts everything it sees somewhere else, drowns that out and lowers the percentage of posts where genuine engagement will happen.
Especially on a small site, that fractures the user ase between all the threads. And the same amount of people are spread to thin.
When a fediverse account does that to repost stuff already on the fediverse but just a different instance, it’s also unnecessarily propagating the server load, but still fracturing the user base.
Instead of a single conversation happening, now there’s a dozen threads all of the place with one person feeling like the fediverse is empty.
I can answer more questions if you want, but if you just keep throwing around insults, I’m just going to block
Some people just blindly hate whatever they think communism so much, based on what fascist empires have vomited into their brains for a century, they will fanatically support that same fascism, despite it leaving them jobless, homeless, hungry, and dying from lack of affordable treatment for easily treated illness, without a tooth in their heads, because they can’t afford regular dental care. Or if they are surviving, will condem their compatriots and neighboring ststes to that li because, "FU, I got mine!
And this is not happening. cm0002 posts are not drowning anything.
Not all users care about all the threads. Most users care about finding content that is relevant to their specific interests.
Where in the Fediverse is that content? Again, the links I am seeing from cm0002 seem to be (a) relevant to the community and (b) bringing new content.
EDIT: you are right, the bot is pulling content from .ml communities and re-homing them. I wasn’t this because my instance is not following that many stuff from .ml and I tend to favor the topic-specific instances. That explains why I wasn’t seeing content as “duplicated”. Sorry about that.
I honestly had not seen your profile before, and I had to check your history to see what about my comment would be insulting. I’m sorry. I would never guess that my example ended up describing you.
It has started doing other instances too. Unsure what the new criteria is, but it no longer is ml alone.
Your example shouldn’t describe anyone, and the world and opinions are larger than your carefully curated, insular bubble.
