I’m not saying you need to have kids to grow up. what I am saying is that bitching and moaning about parents taking the time away from work to parent their kids is such a tone-deaf and childish perspective and anyone who thinks this argument has any merit clearly lacks the life experience and emotional maturity of an adult.
be child free I couldn’t give any less fucks since it’s a personal choice. however, don’t expect parents to sit by and allow you to unjustly shame them because the company you work for is a piece of shit that abuses childfree employees. take it up with your employer and lodge complaints against policies with HR.
