Been to both, but the country that stood out to me was Slovenia. Granted, I only visited Budapest in Hungary so it surely has more to offer, but Slovenia was something else. Went from watching snow fall in the mountains in the morning to having a swim in the ocean in the afternoon. Spectacular. Can’t wait to go back, and this time I might also venture into Croatia a bit. I hear nice things about both the country and the people.
That’s not the problem I have in mind - the problem is becoming economically dependent on the industry.
