That’s the only one I’ve ever noticed It was convenient that even the single use the fee included use of parking bays where I could use a vacuum. Down side was that I later noticed the machine had nearly torn my license plate off.
It exists but not universal. At least not in car centric California.
Subscription car washes are all over Arizona though.
