I’m seeing barely any mention of syrup quality in this thread. It should go without saying that real maple is a non-negotiable, but it also must be real maple syrup from Quebec, because it’s superior!

But what is this “not real” maple syrup? I refuse to acknowledge the existence of maple flavored corn syrup, and also any Indiana Jones film after the first three.
