Personally, I think self-descriptive tags like “male/female”, “late teens-early 20s/mid 20s-early 30s”, “Westerner/non Westerner”, “atheist/spiritual - polytheist/monotheist”, “moral relativist/moral objectivist”, “neurotypical/neurodivergent”, “tempered/erratic”, etc. , would go a long way in understanding the person we’re speaking to and keep things more civil.
