Okay hypothetical question.
If your partner was hooking up with a hologram in their free time. Which would be more hurtful?
A. The hologram was of someone who looked nothing like you but was super hot and buff.
B. The hologram looked like a way hotter buff version of you.
There’s no reason to feel hurt. I’d ask my partner for the holodeck program name and schedule myself some time in there.
I guess if you’re hetero this would be a different dilemma. In my universe you’re presumed gay unless otherwise specified.
In my universe I’d genderswap the hologram. I guess if if my SO chose a buff version of myself, I’d end with a sexy, female, buff version of myself.
