It looked to me like Kirishima made a mistake in going for that hatakikomi without having his feet in the right place for it. If he was half a step to his left before starting that he wouldn’t have lost his balance and could have won from there.
if you forward to 21:02, you can see Churanoumi’s left hand was a large part of making Kirishima lose his balance (this is hard to see in other videos.)
