Pocket Casts has their desktop and web versions locked behind premium plans, so I didn’t give it a thorough try. Podurama has all platforms available for free.
My only complaint so far with Podurama is that the “next up” feature doesn’t always work right in the web version, particularly after switching a session from one of the apps. Sometimes when I switch shows, it auto-plays the next episode of the previous show instead of the current one, which is quite annoying. This never seems to happen in the Android or Mac apps, only the web player.

Ohh. I just used the app so never required that cross-platform stuff.
On Android, the app is pretty solid.
