    He wasn’t threatening. He was insulting. The word “attack” is misleading in this context.

      The threat wasn’t explicit, but it was certainly implicit. That’s why he posted her personal social media info. He is fully aware he has an army of followers that will take that and run with it. I don’t think that he should be able to get away with that so easily.

        Which is why he now has a gag order. The act of posting someone’s ig isn’t illegal, but now it is with the gag order.

          If I had thousands of followers and I posted your social media info while insulting you, wouldn’t you consider that a threat? I don’t think a gag order, which was very narrow, is much of a punishment.

            Legally that is not a threat. Now it is a violation of the gag order, which is illegal. A lawyer could try and argue it is a threat, but that could take much longer, set precedent for future cases, and isn’t as guaranteed as a gag order.

      He was also inciting his followers.

      Whether or not it rises to the level of “inciting imminent lawless action” is a different topic, but it’s not like he was merely insulting someone to their face - he was pointing tens of millions of his psycho followers at her.
