It’s so hard to gain muscle, especially in later years. Unless you’re using steroids expect to see 10-12 lbs of muscle growth over 10 years with a solid diet of protein intake and lifting 4-5 times a week based on the last study I saw comparing traditional workouts to steroid programs.
