They didn’t get into how the non door panel is attached to the castings/door frame, or I missed it.
They said the stainless steel door outer panel has the inner portion of the steel door spot welded together, and then any visible marring from that on the doors inside is laser ablated off.
Also when you see the CyberTruck with no door panels and it’s the castings connected to the inner door frame, that inner door frame is stamped stainless steel as well.
How are the panels attached? With bolts, or welds?
