I would like a way to respec my stats, please.
Also, permanent lung damage is kinda boring. I get the idea about “realism” and not breaking the immersion, but there is so much waste of time we could avoid.
And I hope the devs would be more open to criticism. Some fanbases start looking like cults from time to time.
