I haven’t had a cocktail for a few days, been on an iced water kick, but today had:
1.5oz tequila claro
.75oz Chinola
.75oz Ancho Reyes
1oz lime
2oz not particularly fizzy tepache
Shaken. Yum. Sat on the porch and relaxed, then an early supper. Have a great weekend!
2oz tequila
1oz orange liqueur
1oz lime
Shaken with ice.
Strain over more ice.
This is my baseline.
If I have them, I’ll add 1oz mezcal and 1/2oz agave nectar.
